Ok as I need textiles q1 and the market price for q1 is WAY higher than for other textiles

I decided to make a reverse auction. This means that people interested will lower the price for which they are ready to deliver the textiles to me. The winner gets to supply me with the textiles at auctioned price.

here goes

12k textiles q1 (12000 units) for 430.
minimum decrease 10 caps per unit
