When do you recieve it when you won one ??

I was 65 last contest, but haven't recieve it yet... Is this normal and should i just have more patience ?? Or do i need a special building ??

There is always a delay of a few days after the contest but all prices will be sent before next contest

As I understand the prices are sent manually and therefore it will take a litle time

I think they're sent out at the same time the next contest is started. Normally within 48hrs, Ive recieved mine so if you haven't you need to contact a Admin

Its sent as a contract which you have to sign.

I recieved my contest certificate few days ago and you shouldn't be worry about this unless it is still not sent at the time of the new contest had started (Which had happened to me).

Please don't worry.
Tycoon is really busy in real life at the moment and she didn't find the tiniest bit of time to come online during the last days.
We all hope that this will change as fast as possible... you all will get your certificates and medals when she's online again.
I am sure about that.
