Hey i just made 4,661 Breads for the contests and i was looking to who to send it and i sent it to 1 of the bigest companies in game cause he pay nice and i sent him the contract but the quality for the bread was 2 because i did some wrong calculations and i didn't even notice it and put again production with quality 2 by mistake. That was probably cause i researched flour too much. Anyway few mins later i get this replyfrom him:

well , you ARE wrong he spent 1 mil 200 K at something completly worthless , why wouldn't you just say that he must sent alle your breads back in a contract and pay the price he paid ?
=> He got his money back
=> you got your ( wrong ) wares back
it IS your mistake you know, you should assume it ...
and ya can say ' he just had to read the contract ' but he is a top man and i bet he gets 500 contracts a day , imagine read all that ! besides he trusted you ...
However , he has to stay polite ...
I had the same problem with him , i asked him ig he would buy some flour from me ( NOW YOU KNOW IM SELLING FLOUR !!!! ) and he was kinda agressive ...
So : just let him sent your products back , and who cares about him you know ? if he is aggresive no-one would do bussines with him , let him do ...
Maybe the mods could give him a symbolic 3 hours ban or somthing , cuz we realy dont want rude / aggresive / inpolite people in the game
ALSO DO NEVER put a company name in your messege
so correct that with a XXX and change your tittel also

I guess u didn't understund what i siad 1st i told him i would take it back and i got no reply!!!! 2nd 1,2 mils isn't much for me and i'm only worth 20 mils how is it much for some1 who is 1,2 BILS???? and i think i said it was my mistake and and i asumed it but i bet there are many people that made mistakes like that and with some normal people talking it was all fixed.
an example is when i sent wood to some1 (i don't remember his company name) and instead of sending it with price 35 i sent it with 37 (something like that) and i got a nice msg about the wood price and then i canceled the contract and send him again but i did mistake again and sent it at 25 each wood and i got a msg again and the 3rd time i sent it wit hthe corect price
and also once i sent a contract with 30 products at thee price of 2000 each instead of sending 2000 products at 30 each and I corected it with no problems.
and about that:

if he doesnt reply , maybe he's offline , or he just lacks yo , like you said 2 mils aint mch for him so , he kinda just ignores it , le it go , there peeps that are good to others , there are other peeps that aren't , like you said it bye yourself , it just a game , let go of it

He wan't offline cause after my msg he added me to his address book and i let it go i don't care about him i just post it here so every1 see it and see what kind of guy he is cause he said somethink about telling that to every1 else to inform them about it well i'm doing it by myself cause maybe he has no time for that too.

by the way it's not gladly seen, if you denounce other firms or players. Because nobody can reconstruct whether this is wrong or right what you write... 
It is really unlucky, that you have a problem with the named player! I know him as a kind and helpfully person.
The problem of the really big firms is, (especially if they buy goods with the fax and in the forum), that they get hundreds of contracts per day and a lot of igm's. And not a few of these contracts have to high prices or something like this... and you can believe some firms send such contracts with full intention! So it can happen that somebody unfortunatelly overreacts, when he accepts such contracts by mistake...

Man, I step away for a little bit and look what happens.
Contract mistakes happen, and a bigger player definitely knows that.
1. Pause and really understand what they are saying before you reply.
2. Apologize for any error on your part
3. Offer to make it right and follow up.
That will fix 99% of all problems. Getting offended and switching into a "Jeez what's your problem" stance will just cause them to do the same, and it goes nowhere.
If you accepted back all the q2 at the price it was sent, and you apologized for the error, there shouldn't be any lasting issues. If you need a mediator you can hit up myself or Tycoon ("Main Tycoon" in game). But these things are easily fixed on their own if you take your time and seek first to understand.
