first of all..
this is an auction not a commenting thread.. so please send your comments to me with an IGM not to this thread..

in 2 days and 12 hours you can sell 75.000 hl gas with this station in turkey..
the profit margin depends on whether you produce the gas yourself or not..
my experience shows that you can sell gas with at least 10 caps net profit as per hl.. that means within 2 days and 12 hours you will make, in the worst case, 750.000 caps net profit.
if you are producing your own gas and oil then your gas cost will be maximum 4 caps as per hl.. that means you will be able to make 25 caps net profit as per hl of gas. That will yield 1.875.000 caps `net` profit within two and a half days.

the cost of ads you put is the best price. when you start to purchase 120.000 ad points at once you will never be able to source it with that price.. if you wanna source it for 39 caps then you will need to wait.. that means you will lose time again.

also you said that the building time is 2days and 2 hours that means that in this time your gas station isn't 200sqm so you cannot sell as much gas as you said so think again your price

first of all he has not the right to comment about it.. at least he does not have a right to start a debate in the auction. check out the others examples and see the attitude of tycoon for debating in the auctions forum. i am not saying it myself.. tycoon warns people about it..
second issue i see that you have no idea or grasp about what i am saying..
when you buy a ready built 200 sqm gas station that means you dont need to wait for 2 days.. so when you "buy" a 200 sqm station that means it is "ALREADY 200 SQM"!!
let me tell it for you in a more open way
alternative 1:
you wont buy the station you choose to build it.. then it will take some amount of building cost which is stated above. plus 40.000 ad points will have a cost which is also stated above.. and there will be an opportunity cost which means the revenue you will lose because of your choice to build the station yourself.. and that opportunity cost is the profit that you could make in that 2 days of building time.. and it is also calculated above by me.. and as i have been operating these station for at least a month my calculations are strictly correct!!!
in alternative 1: calculate the building cost + ad points cost + opportunity cost
alternative 2:
you go to the auction, bid and pay the price and get an "ALREADY 200 SQM GAS STATION" and start selling you gas..
so if you have reasoning or a little bit arithmetic mind you can sum up the numbers of alternative 1 and you can find out the number that you should bid in the auction.. and i am telling you.. it wont be less than the starting bid of this auction..
is it clear enough for you to understand mate? if not please kindly igm me and i will send you the basic information about business management..

Sure I do, I have every right.. Freedom of speech (or posting for this matter), Ive read the rules, (Discussions in auctions threads are like spam and so they get cleared.) All I wanted to do with my comment in this auction was to express that normaly a auction a chance for people to bid on something that's below the cost price (this also helps the seller sell it faster) and also enlighten other people that this is not a golden opporturnity to get a cool building..
And what's wrong with some friendly advice, all I was telling you, was that I think your building is too expencive to start with, you could have taken that into consideration, knocked down the price a bit and maybe got some actually bids..

No discussion in auction threads please. It bumps the thread unfairly over other threads, and makes it harder to find the latest bid. If you want to give a tip to the auctioner, make it by PM. If you want to comment to (potential) bidders, just don't.

dear vmpie, if you check the deadlines of my auctions you will see that they are all different. you are right about single post thing but it is not valid in the auctions.. it is valid in the other forums.. if you check them out you will see that i have only one thread in every forum..

i see you are trying to sell your company.. (most probably because of your wrong business choices and failure). what if i had gone to your thread and sabotage your efforts? what if i demand the moderator to delete your account in the forum site?

1. Do not comment in the thread. Make a PM to the seller, or to a Mod (myself or Tycoon) if you have something to say.

3. Multiple auctions from one person are ok. Mutliple sales threads or buy threads from one person is not ok. You can put multiple auctions in one thread, but that can get confusing so multiple are fine.
