Transportation cost

Hi,
I'd like to know how are calculated the transportation costs.
Are they the same between all countries?
Are they depended of products, quantity, contract costs?
Or is it a percentage as selling on the market?

I think transportation costs to shop depend on the country. Transporting goods to your shop is free when your shop is in the same country as your HQ.
I don't know about the rest though
You can also find out yourself by making contracts, but not actually sending/confirming them, and comparing the transportation costs.
