I think my company id = 386600

I found no sure place to get my company Id, however in the profile page, it lists 386600 as an argument to my "Advertiser link".

As I said, I'm a new player, and yesterday night I sent a contract to another company for some water, but when the contract was made, the price i thought I entered .27

the most possible for this is that you put the price 0.27 to the market price while having the saltwater at the name of the company..
i do this a lot...

Saltwater needs to send you back the exact same amount of water back at 0.00 to even it out he also risks getting banned by accepting the contract.

First make sure upjers support or an admin on the forum knows about this, they will give you a proper solution to this issue.
Don't go and solve things by yourself because then you risk getting banned.

We would tell you, as NYK has said, to ask the other player to return the contract for you for the same price, and we would note this down then, to make sure this transaction is not being handled as a regular case of cheating by our team when these transactions get noticed.

I asked saltwater also, and he said to send him something else more valuable, but at a slightly higher than normal price, so I sent him some slightly inflated plastic, but for the same amount.
