thats for merchant level in yellow with 2 employees... So the bottom one is more likely to be right if anything, if it is a bug you should be happy
But i think you must of been reading off a different well or something and started the top one the day before. Sure fire way to find out is cancel production on the top well and see if it gives you 900+ oil, if it does that means it was started before
If it gives you a tiny amount lik 1-100 then its a bug, but again:
