Yellow is a bad place to build a power plant, it cost you twice as much to make the power, but produces the same amount as a green power plant does, i wouldn't pay more than 225mill if i were you

But here in belgium we say " if a cat was a cow , we could milk her"

meaning that it's only hypotetical , if ( xD ) he wants to buy it at 300M , let him do it , it's his game...
