2 power stations wanted

i am looking to buy 2 power stations of about 3000m^2 for about 70mil each
if that is too cheap post and tell me

ok, u say it is rediculous, but lets do a calculation.

didnt know ur level, so i took and industrialist level.

3000m2 pp in green (stone 23, steel 135, wood 75)
cost to build is 66,5 mil and 1500 hours.

1) build it for 62,5 days for 66 mil
2) buy it for 200 mil
using capitools i calculated that u can produce 662,7 mil power
in 62,5 days.
if u sell that power for 0.25(0.01 production cost) profit is 0.24
so, in 62,5 days u profit 159 mil.

so, after 62,5 days, u can have 3000m2 pp in green for:
1) 66 mil
2) 41 mil
-------------
so, plz, say it is rediculous one more time.

in your place i would not build 3000 m2 building, i would build 4000m2.
or buy 3000 and then expand it to 4000.

Just check the auction for power plants in red with 16.000sqm (starting bids for 2 billion). Besides at this moment I have 11 power plants, all in red, severall with 4.000sqm and I can say that I wouldn't sell any for less than 500 million.

you will be lucky to get them for 200m i should know i own 45x3000m2 powerplants all in green...
