expanding special buildings

What will be the use of expanding specialty buildings like gallery, animal shelter, etc.?

I don't think there is a use to expanding some special buildings like galleries and status stores other then more FA, but if you expand kindergartens and other status buildings that give you tasks you can get more tasks for those buildings.

well why on the german server have people only got 40bil FA? if you can buy lets say 1000 kindergardens and all that then your FA would shoot up!
