Higher prices than these of the NPC

I have a question to you - why do all you support higher prices on the market? It's not a problem for me, of course, but it looks strange to me. For example, NPC offers steel for 135.00 and right after the NPC somebody sells steel for 138.00. What's the use of selling at higher prices when there is cheaper - the NPC? That way nobody will buy your products. AT LEAST, in our server it's like this. "Our" server is Bulgarian.
