yes thats one of the rules but some of those faxes arent spam but him selling stuff and saying goodbye isnt spam either so i just reckon the ones where hes saying:
3 more faxes after this one
are spammy , so i dunno odd situation...

but i wouldnt half like those 2000 coins he has XD

The coins have been payed. Thus he can do with them whatever he wants as long as this is allowed.
It is not against the rules to send faxes. It is also not against the rules to send nonsense-faxes.
I can imagine that it is annoying to see your own fax removed because someone wants to spam the fax-page.
But take it with humor... and don't forget: That are Caps that he cannot use against you.

i agree that aslong as its advertising or an important announcement, but other people paid for their coins and if i had used coins i bought i'de be a bit ticked, but i also agree that it was pretty funny seeing the entire office littered with faxes, on the walls, the floors, and every-single-one of my folders had a fax counting down about his coins lol.
all in good humor i guess
