Unable to hire employee

Hi, i have a strange problem.

I've just finished to upgrade one of my factories to 800m2 and i'm hiring the new employees.

While hiring even just 1 employee, i am receiving this message: "You don't have enough money or storing positions." and the employee is not hired.

Considering that money is not currently an issue, can someone tell explain me the reason? I currently have 51 buildings and 37 free storing position in the warehouse (if that matters

).

Well, how many employees you already have in that building?

And storing positions in warehouse are just for items, not for employees.

It already has 40 employees, i would like to fill it with another 40. What puzzles me is that other buildings worked fine and now have 80 fine employees...

In my opinion it is some sort of a bug.

Surely it has been a glitch, because after some hours it worked.
