coins by phone

I was thinking of getting some coins by phone
when it asks what country im in theres no Canada
does it matter the country? and being in Canada am i able to use this option?

If you only tried the first option "Purchase Coins by call."

You should try "Purchase Coins via DAO-Pay", it is also Pay by phone, and supports way more countries.
