Maybe there could be some sort of building cancelation option, incase u changed ur mind about a building ... or built the wrong one by accident.
I'd like to see it in between the cancelation of both products and research ... where you get a percentage back for how long it has left - but you get nothing in compensation for it.

I really dont see it needed. You can sell the building afterwars (at least to the system - for half price?). Canceling the building in the middle - why? As I see it: Making apropriate system for that would need way too much programming. I do not expect this topit to be considered reliable by programmers.
well - i actually meant that production items should be returned percent-wise for how much u cancel ... this would give a benefit to still cancelling after the 50% mark (as u will get resources back and some money - as opposed to selling afterwards) not to mention the time saved ... and this game is big on time saved
