Lets say Ive expanded my building then before it is done I want to cancel it. Will I get any of the money/resources back?
Same question but about production. Do you get any of the goods back when you cancel a product order?

2. Yes, you get all the production costs and materials back, that where not used, when you cancel a production. However, all materials will become Q0. That can be a major pain when you use Q40+ materials and suddenly lose a huge amount of quality.
