Advertisments problem

I thought Id make a few ads for myself, but ive noticed It costs 900c to produce one ad

but its going for 350c in the market place?

have i made a mistake somewhere because the sellers dont seem to be doing anything different?

You have a TV Station in red, where it costs 900, but in green it costs 300

I also bought jewlers but I dont think am goin down that avenue, I'm one level away from Manager.

should i just keep those buildings (if i dont need the space) and wait to sell them when I reach that level

The TV Station in red is just off to the system, because, nobody would even take it if it's free, as it can never make money

But perhaps the other have a chance, but as i don't know what it is, can't say for sure

But yeah, selling to player is far more attractiv than back to system

I agree with you. If the buildings are 20m2 sell them back to the system. Nobody will bother buying 20m2 buildings off the building market.
