I did the tutorial but not sure what to do now?
Do I sell what I did before?

We do need more info than 'what do I do now?'
Example: I want to make power what do I do...
Or
Im not sure what is the best products for a new guy and even these topics have been worked to death over the last days, go to the beginner help thread and run down the list untill you see one we have answered and READ it.
Also what realm are you on? In the spirit of the little kapi program if your on R2 and need a hand feel free to IGM me in game. Same goes for anyone here but no I cant actually give you building materials.

To answer the specific bit of your question.

NO

If you want those buildings then carry on, if however you don't want those then rather than sell them and setting yourself back a long way, go into your ingame profile, go to the bottom and click where it says restart without tutorial.

That way you will restart with full money to spend on what buildings you want to have rather than those the tutorial chooses for you.

If I remember right the buildings you end up with are fruit plantations and a grocery store, am I right? Those two buildings have the worst profit in the game.

Actually, Beverages stores have the worst profit in the game,

Groceries are ok if you sell beef of a good quality.
