how much is a building like this worth ?

This is a tricky one as the building is worth whatever anyone is prepared to pay.

If you use kapitools it will show that the actual cost to build is just over 36 mil, and it takes 34 days to build.

If you then add on what you think your time is worth, say 10000 per hour for 825 hours = 8,250,000 add this to the 36 mil and you have a rough ballpark figure 44,250,000

I could be miles out but at least it gives you some idea of how to go about placing a value on a building.
