I think we understood your problem, but since we are also just players we can't change anything about this, that is why you should contact the upjers-support as GoldenEye suggested.
It seems they are fast in handling those coin problems so I am sure they could help you sort it out quickly.
Don't know if you still have the wally card with the numbers on it, and I don't know if you need it, but I would not throw it away if you haven't already.
Maybe they can track what happened that way.

I am not even really joking..I have a problem with getting my coins by telephone..normally when I call and the time is up they are there immediatly after I hang up, but not now, I really wonder why this is different all of a sudden, some players say it takes a couple of days but that never happened to me before.
My premium runs out in 2 hours and 16 minutes.....
