No, normally this means wood quality 0 is 90.
So wood quality 23 would be 90 + 23= 113.
And wood quality 30 would be 90 + 30=120.

You always start with Q0.
For instance:

[BUY]GAS 23+Q Q10+ means:
the company buys gas, but only quality 10 and up.
He pays 23 caps +1 cap for each quality, which makes 33 caps for quality 10.

If he had written: [BUY]GAS 23+2Q Q10+ it means he would pay 2 caps for each quality so for Q10 he would pay 43 caps.

Usually it does like you wrote there, but i think the guy who wrote that message intended to pay the 90 for Q23 and a bonus of 1 for every next Q.
But he would have to ask the guy who wrote it.

Many people don't really use the right format, but usually it doesn't matter cuz you very often don't pay a trading tax anyway :P

I have posted similar Ads. When somebody says buying "X Q20 100c + 1Q" it means Q20 is being bought for 100c + 1Q. Otherwise the quality won't be listed. ;)

Not really.

As far as i know it has always been x + yQ

When people post 1000+50Q Q10+ only they never intended to pay 1000 for the Q10 product.
These messages have been posted a lot over the years i

It depends. If somebody posted "wardrobes 2150+50q # (q15+) 2250+50q # (q25+) 2350+50q" They mean X +QY. If somebody posted "wardrobes Q15+ 2900+50Q" they mean X-15Q +QY.

I have been playing for a long time an have seen it posted MANY times both ways. (I have seen the top companies post both ways so the useless term n00b isn't effective. n00b = "stupid newbie" I don't know any company 8B+ in FA that can be called that and they have been seen posting that way.)

AFAIK nOOb isn't "stupid newby".
Also, i know in the top FA list there will be people who can be considered nOObs, at least i consider them to be so.
Maybe others don't, but i think many know who i'm referring to :P
