yes you can. Only people at the Manager level above can sell buildings, but anyone can purchase them.

Nobody interested in fruit plantations?? You can get your investment back before the end of the contest and you end up with a building more, that you can keep for future production or that you can sell at your turn. A garantueed investment!!!!!!!
