I planned to sell to few customers but interest was huge so I decided to sell through auction to give fair chances to all interested.

I am selling 3*32.000m2 Chemical RCs in France.

France:63384 Chemical RC S:32000 32.000m

Fair point there :P

But whoever bids like +1cap is more likely to lose out. So yeah Personally I see this is a rather odd auction as it doesnt havek lots but well who knows :S

Anyway:
2.1bil :D

Another question.
Do i need to outbid the number 1 bid or could i bid below that one and just make sure i'm in the top 3 ??

Like:
last 3 bids: 5M, 6M, 7M.
So i Bid 5.1M and still are 3rd.
Or bid 7.1M to make a valid bid??

But very nice format you have there :)

You have to overbid the highest current bid of course. So it would be 7.1M. Otherwise the aution would have no sense.....But to be true I never thought someone will understand it differently so you made a good point. As far as I see it I expect all of the buildings will be sold for very similar prices.... Like for 3.1B, 3.15B, 3.05B. Not like 3B, 6B, 8B...

But I do appologize for confusion, didn't how to run such an auction unless starting 3 separate auctions.....
