Premium buildings problem

Hello!

I know that the problem with premium buildings (after expiration of premium) was not solved. I have activated the premium, and now I want to replace a pair of my buildings, but I'm afraid to lose them after expiration of premium.
Please, advice: should I replace them now? Or just wait for a month and then make the replacement?

Replace them by building another or by buying another? If you buy another just make sure it isn't a Prem building and you should be fine.

I want to sell and buy new building.
How do I know that the new building is not a premium? Is this indicated anywhere?

It is shown inside the building which the current owner can see.

You have to take the word of the player selling the building.

Wasn't it posted somewhere that you could send the premium buildings by contract to yourself and then after premium runs out you can sign or decline the contract (don't remember which) and you can use the buildings without any problem long as it is only 60 buildings all together, so you would have to choose which ones you want?
Think it was written by Knolls but I can't find the post anymore...
