[1] Go to your Office. (Click "Office", "Messages" or "Contracts)

[2] Click the "Coins" icon on the left hand side of the page.

[3] You now have the option of "Sell to player's company" or "Sell to system". Just fill in the information slots and click the sell button.

The current demand for coins is huge at the moment so you probably won't have trouble selling them!

The price at the moment is around 15 million per coin in Realm 2 and about 130 million in Realm 1.

I don't think you should sell below those prices.
