Hello there has been an unfair blocking of many account where the players have followed all the rules and their account has been blocked this is very stupid as these players have worked hard on building their business and then to have access to it blocked these accounts include Pink Elefants Incorporated and amar mungroo

Is it a bug or just the crew taking care of some (possible) multies ??

When its the last one it definatly doesn't belong here :P

When they aren't your account, how do you know they all followed the rules? :P

They obviosly did break the rules, and how do you know, they didn't do anything wrong.

i know the 2 players and they never played the game outside of their own home and the 2 of them live in different places so it could be on the same ip as they had separate internet connections

Please ask them to contact our support via our support form:

http://support.upjers.com/index.php?lang=en

We need to know their user ID or company name, and the server they play on - then we can check out why their accounts have been blocked.

Cheers,

pearlbay

I know for a fact one of those companies was sending out contracts WAY UNDER priced. That would easily lead to a ban. (Unfair trading.)

So therefore they broke the rules?

I would like to hear their cases though. Sounds "interesting" to say the least.

Well did they sell things accidentally or intentionally under priced? :P

The other day i was selling off some power plants on realm 2 and the price was 26.25mil each for 8 of them

I was sending them off and went to review the contracts and had accidentally sent a few off at 2.625mil instead! And im sure little companies can get confused sometimes :P

Hmmm... true... but I have read Goldeneyes posts about this subject, and he said that nobody will get blocked for a mistake, there must be more then just 1 or a couple of mistakes to really get blocked, there must be something like a pattern so to say.
I am almost certain that they will not block an account for something silly.
At least I hope not...

Pink Elefants Incorporated and amar mungroo have sold several products to each other for 0 Caps, that's why GoldenEye has blocked their accounts; I have told both players so in their complaint sent to our support. Case closed from my side. :-)

Pearlbay just a suggestion- could the programmers make it impossible to sell goods for 0 caps as sometiems it is done accidentally and you know if people want to cheat if they put 0.01 as the price- isn't that just smarter?

Just remember, "Gift Status Symbols" can ONLY be sold at 0 caps. That is why you cannot make it impossible to trade an item for 0 caps.
