I have to many buildings and I really have to sell some, so I decided to start an auction.

The initial bids are very low, so I am sure there will be something for everyone. There are also small buildings for sale, for beginning players.

Here I go:
#1: Technical research center, 30 QM, Germany: real price: 288.160 caps, starting bid: 170.000 caps;
#2: Mine and well research center, 20 QM, Germany: real price: 162.560 caps, starting bid: 130.000 caps;
#3: Chemical research center, 20 QM, Germany: real price: 162.560 caps, starting bid: 130.000 caps;
#4: Fruit plantation, 50 QM, Mauritania: real price: 464.360 caps, starting bid: 300.000 caps;
#5: Fruit plantation, 50 QM, Mauritania: real price: 464.360 caps, starting bid: 300.000 caps;

If you are interested in buying a building but don't have the cash right now, I allow you to buy it if you can pay it at last on Wednesday evening, 21/3. At that time, at latest, you should have the cash.
