Well he's trying to say it's used in playgrounds from the title that got cut off and he probably wants us to empathise with his cause to get it stopped being used? :S

he probably doesnt know that 7/8 of the kapilands population has single digit IQ

then on top of that the 5/6 of the 1/8 dont even no what 8/13 of your paragraph is talking about or can pronounce the words

now the 3/5 of the 1/24 that have a better IQ and does understand the paragraph are confused why there are so many fractions

and the last 4/5 of the 3/15 who just got done adding the fractions together and finding out that they dont add up to 1 will no take the time to reply to my message saying that the fractions dont add up and then you will probably then read my post
