Uhh nothing :P

Expanding the shop gives you fixed assets but as far as i know employees do nothing. In kindergarden's hospitals, homeless shelters, nursing homes and community buildings though they give your more tasks for more points

Speaking of which i just expanded my kindergarten to 4120m2, i guess i should do some more quests for it.

Adds to the population of the area you built it in. So if your stores are also in that area - then it's a good idea to hire the employees!

That is currect. The only use employees are in special buildings are to add to the general population of that country. The smallest special building I have is 5000m2, that is 250 employees. :oops:
