Would you really want people who post a lot in the board game thread to become mod??
Or people who spam like crazy??

Anyway, its not up to us to decide if more mods are needed.
If they think they can't handle the job they will get additional forces and i guess they think they can manage right now

what i mean by that is post count based on quality of posts, not someone who makes a lot of "up" posts or responds to king of the hill twice a day

My english understanding must be getting better. I don't sence any sarcasm in that remark.

I think our current forum Admins do a good enough job at the moment. Remember, not so long ago we had a number of Mods. When posts became less frequent our Mod numbers went down. If things pick up again GoldenEye or Pearlbay will know who to pick to be a Mod.

No, I don't think it will go down.
Maybe the forum will attract less people when their questions would not be answered by mods anymore, but kapilands will not go down.

Most questions can and will be answered by other people who aren't mods.
And those who can't even manage to wait more then 5 minutes for their question being answered prolly need to find another game for this definatly is a game of patience.
