I think that even a strike or a boycott of buying coins only lead them to close the server (it's the old supply and demand figure, if there's no demand, then...)

About the bugs: Well, it is a bit pathetic. Realm 2 has lost two great players: The Damned and Dominance Inc. And the programmers couldn't seem to care less. They had to be reminded three times!
:( :(

Me too...
But I kind of fear the mods might just let us stay on strike without them caring.
:D

They probobly won't realize, they havent even commented on the thread!
The problem with kapilands is that the programmers don't listen to the players

you are right , they dont listen to us except sometimes pearlbay and goldeneye

I think those programmers are just staffs, if they are ordered to write codes only and not to chat with players in forum, they must follow. So are those mods. So we should not blame them.
But the person or management who run this game should take the responsibility of losing players because of ignoring good comments.

ps: we can imagine Upjer is a 30000 m fully expanded factory, so some less production (ignoring user) might happen :p

If you people decide to strike...go ahead...

I definatly won't join the strike and i bet majority of the members won't either.

To me the game still works fine and i'm having fun playing it.
The minute that changes i quit.

I however already quit like 5 times and always returned when i felt like playing again.
That is the thing i just love most in this game and it is the reason i prolly won't ever really quit....or at least not for a few years :)

Tell me which game allows you to quit for 5 months without losing your account due to deletion and/or your account just being destroyed by the other players.
I do know some, but those games usually are all about useless button pushing (runescape) which i can do without easily nowadays.

But those who think they should strike, i support you and advise you to do so.
Do i think it will change anything??
No way...

Hey guys and girls! :)

I know my answer is a bit late. Sorry for this.
Yet I think (or at least I hope) that it is not too late.

Well... this topic is not easy. I really do not know how to respond to it in an appropriate way. There are many things I could comment about but those comments would not help to solve your "problems".

So I try to give you a few statements. :)

I am doing my "job" in my spare time as an unpaid hobby. Thus I normally live my real life and then I answer your requests. That's why from time to time answers can take a while...
And beside pearlbay and me there is nobody that active in this board.

I am not in the same office as the programmers and I am not one of them - I only can pass on ideas to them.
As I am active in the German board, too, I have already read a lot of ideas. Some of them are really nice, but many are only "rubbish" and really unneccessary. If you think that there is nothing changed in Kapilands although you suggest things, then I can understand this... many suggestion cannot be turned into reality. And always remember: The suggestions you make are most and foremost for possible following new versions of Kapilands. New servers of Kapilands are the still the same game - and thus they have the same principles as the old servers. Please respect this that new servers cannot be totally different.
Upjers - the programmers and supporters of Kapilands - works on several new projects (the last one was the English version www.wauies.com). That's why they do not change so massive things in this game at the moment.

If you want to strike, then you can strike, if you really want it. ;)
But in the worst case it ends up in closing down Kapilands - and then you could not play it anymore. I don't think that your aim is to "destroy" Kapilands.

I try to do my best to support you in this forum and answer your questions and pass problems on to the programmers. Yet my time has got limits... if you have something really urgent then contact me personally and I will try to give you an answer.
Maybe it's a bit short, sometimes a bit ironic, but at least I hope that you see that I am willing to help you.
In Germany there is a saying like "Do not put your head into the sand." Do not resignate! :) And always remember: All people that post in this board are humans as you (maybe expect those damn bots offering mobile phones and fake shoes etc... ;) )!

And the future of Kapilands?
I guess it will continue being successful and it will fascinate more and more players. :) And maybe one day there will be a completely new game that implements a lot of suggestions you made in this board... :)

Regards
GoldenEye

PS: *sigh* I wrote again much more than I wanted... sorry.

Nah, there are enough mods.

People just shouldn't whine to much when their message doesn't get anwered within 5 minutes after posting :P

Pearlbay and Goldeneye do a great job both here and ingame.
And when people don't get answered they might start consider starting to read the forum a bit more carefull.

Isn't there written suggestions prolly won't be used implemented and why??

Those who complain so much about silly things not being implemented should start creating a better game themselves.
Once they have done that they can contact us and we'll start playing their game instead of this one.
I however don't expect to many pm's during the first few years where people will tell me they created a better game :P :P :P :P :P

Lol i saw a game where some guy did get annoyed and made his own-was fun enough :P sucked a bit but it was just to prove he could cotrol his servers- this games servers lagged like LOADS :P

And yeah i think there should be a few more mods. Like sure they are doing an amazing job, but sometimes there are those damn advertising threads >.< And they dont get shut for a few hours i rekcon 2 or 3 more mods would be good. Like sometimes i post in loads of threads, but there are no responses for hours :S in the whole forum that is

They should chose smoe more mods based on post countc contributions and activity on the forums, like i am usually on twice a day.
If i had to suggest mods it would be azer and felix

Yes, good idea.
We can have elections on the board and all the players of kapiland can choose between candidates. :D

I also want to suggest two candidates: farmboy and GREED, wouldn't that be...eh...refreshing? :D
