Message from xxxx , 10.03.09 19:16 !Ignore user!
Subject wow...
can i have one of your power plants please you have i guess like 20.
Message from xxxx , 10.03.09 19:19 !Ignore user!
Subject it is pushy but can we.....
share accounts please and you can keep myne forever and i will borrow yours for 1 day deal.
This must of course not be taken seriously, and I just wanted to tell the mods and the community about him.
I doubt (and hope) that people have enough common sense so that they will not listen to this guy.

People who respond will get a nice lesson on what happens to greedy people
But someone threatening people like that should at least get an ip ban.
If only for making Goldeneye look bad....

Correct, myth, please do not denunciate other players and their company names.
That is not respected.
I edited that company name. Do not repeat any other company names in a bad context again, please.
Please contact me in future personally when you have got problems like this! Do not start a public thread but just contact me. I will take care of those guys (as I did in this case).

I'm damn sure that they do but i think they should share who has been naughty before but wasn't perma banned.
That way if a person finds a good deal one thats almost to good to be true but that has happened before they wont get scammed paying 600mil for a 1,200m2 plantation they thought was 12,000m2

1. who is gonna check all name changes on the people in the naughty people thread??
2. check, doublecheck and triplecheck all contracts before accepting.

Pff i do ive never been scammed here, but me thinks they should make ID searching more available instead of having to fiddle with the URL and then just put down the ID's and last known names
This is more to help the newer members of our community

I've had people trying to scam me in the past.
I however don't think they succeeded, but you just need to be carefull.
I think 99% of the succesfull scams are succesfull due to stupidity of the guy being scammed.
Is it that difficult to check price and size in a contract??
When you fail to check due to greed, its still stupid i think and ofcourse 99% of the scams adress someones greed.

I think these scams should be inspiring at least one new system event.
Before a player receives the scammer alert about "TrustMe GmbH", the player receives a message from "TrustMe GmbH" saying he is an admin and will make the player rich if the password is sent in the special reply box. If a reply is sent using the specially provided reply box in the message, the message is checked for the player's password. If the password is detected, the account will be locked for 24 or 48 hours and attempting to log in during this period of time will result in an "incorrect password" message. When the player logs in after this period of time is over, the player will receive a message from the system saying that it was just a test for the player and will warn the player to never give the password out to anybody including staff.
This new system event may be hard on new players that fall for the trap but it is better than having more accounts actually get stolen.

That isn't new...
I already got that when i started almost 2 years ago
I however decided to use that little amount of brains and not send the info cuz i wondered what use it would be

Also you could check the sender and notice there usually isn't a company with that name
