First off, I know of no one in the Ice cream business (there may be a few small company) and to expand a ice cream shop 230m would take 4 days 19 hours and cost 6mill (used billionaire, and wood steel, and stones all NPC) so you expect to make 3million dollars and hour, 72million dollars a day profit form expanding an ice cream shop? Good luck to ya

P.S. I looked on hte market and found this:

Ice Shop.....France.....Someones company name.....6500/650/44100.....350,000,000.00 .....buy

So the price might be a little high.
