I dont know about the, if i were you i would just buy the building from him, use it and then sell it back to him for %5 cheaper (of course if you have 100 buildings than you oviously cant do this.

yeah I have 98 buildings and not a premium account plus isnt better to lose 100 mil power than to lose a 5000 well that you cant get back?
