It's basically an NPC scam to show to you its not worth cheating etc etc. listen to your secretary in future the NPC scientist cscammed you, why do you think they would sell Q33 seeds to you for 10k

Pff thte research is a few mil if the systrem tries to sell you anyything say no unless its in a contract

in which case check the price if its 0 its a present from the system so you may accept(if another player sends you with acontract for 0 dont accept or it is cheating) otherwise ignore the system
