just 21 non-premiun buildings??

i dont understand this: my premium account run out and now i have only 21 non-premium buildings. all others are locked. i think i should have more non-premium buildings? in realm 2 i have 60 non premium buildings

mail tycoon or goldeneye and they will contact the admins to unlock more buildings for you. It is just a long standing annoying bug but they will fix it for you

Why not fix it for anyone ? Code somethng that once your PA is over , you can still use 60 of your (oldest ?) buildings.

Can't be that hard...

I have sent countless emails all to no avail.
Are you saying that this has happened to you?
If so I think that breaks their own rules on unfair advantage, because I was told it wasn't happening for me.

No it hasnt happened to me ive never run out of premium on realm 2 and realm1 i have never had it but i have seen other players who posted this same problem and then posted again after mailing pearlbay and saying that their building were unlocked

In forum contact either Pearlbay or Goldeneye- they cant do anything directly though but will pass it on to the relevant people. If though they hvaent responded etc contact

I honestly think this is wrong information!!
I have contacted pearlbay and goldeneye regarding this problem and they weren't able to unlock my buildings.
I think if it hasn't happened to you, maybe you shouldn't be saying this is what happens.
And if someone has had buildings unlocked - I want to know why they couldn't do mine!!

There's no harm in suggesting something that might help...if by doing this it was going to cause the player to explode then I might agree with you otherwise yeah he might as well go for it and see if asking the admins work. Also felixbluindustries has stated that he has seen players with this problem before and so is able to give us information on how they dealt with it.

Btw I'm loving that comeback above my post ^^.
