Does it matter in what color and contry i build my special bildings in? Expansion time/cost? And stuff.

nope not affected at all. Put htem in countries you have shops in or plan to put shops in as this raises the demand for items

i read uit somewhere before, one of knolls old posts me thinks.

But hthink about it. There are stats for the game with the population of each kapi city and the population is always changing so therefore if you give them a job they add to the working populationn who then mysteriously have thousands to spend
