GREAT IDEA!
I'd definitely use a kapi-chat as opposed to the forums, but you shouldn't be allowed to advertise that your selling stuff, that's what forums are for lol.
would be nice, and the companies would get to know one another better, maybe even make more business deals like if you were in a coffee shop.
on a rpg i play, you can make your own channel, and if other people enter your channel name they can join it, would come in handy for those in a syndicate.
if you really made the chat, if there were a-lot of people who use it, and the channels/rooms for certain syndicates could moderate the rooms they made, and assign ranks to who can assist in the rooms, like how there's admins for the forums. but maybe only if a-lot of people use the chat (such as approx 200+ active at peak hours)
