Can't find a building buyer or seller? See Here!
I have decided to open a realestate agency and this is how we work. If you want a buyer we can find you one for a small fee depending on the building. Like this, you have a 5000m2 joinery in red, and you come for our help, and then we tell you what price we can get for this building and when we find a buyer, you sell us the building with a small fee taken out of our price, lets say we told you we can sell it to someone for 400 million, we take it from you by you selling it to us through contract for 370 million and we sell it to the buyer for 400 million. If you are looking to buy buildings, we can try to find you that building by you giving us info about it with no fee. We take fees only from sellers. It can be very useful and to know more info about fees and this topic contact us at our company, and through time when we make enough profit we will make larger advertisments in fax's and forum in building topic. Although, if this against the rules please inform me as soon as possible. If we cannot find buyers for your buildings, please dont sell them until we inform u that we have a buyer. Post here or send igm if you want to buy/sell a building.
I don't believe this is against the rules as long as you dont sell stupendeously low 
I knew some people who used to buy millions of stones in bulk for cheap the nre-sell them for a slightly higher price to lots of other people

Also, my company might take buildings which are difficult to sell in this business and expand them and sell them. This idea will make a big support to buildings. Also, as a realestate agency i am availble to offer building price for someone if in need and a research price. My main idea in this topic, is to expand building trade and to make it easier for companies to find building customers and sellers. Its just an IGM away.
