Special Building/Status Symbol Questions

hi i was wondering why on earth you would For 1 points deliver 500 Televisions, Computers, Monitors and Printers!!!!!!for 1 point...and that would cost heaps of money....
Can't you build the same building twice and get those 20 or 40 points or can you only build each special building once????

seconddly....i went into the status symbol market.. and only found that there was only one offer....does anyone buy status symbols???

that one offer was a contest certificate selling for 50mil....what is this certificate and how many points do you get???

a contest certificate is a prize that a player recieves by competing in a contest. 50 million is extremely overpriced, it is worth 10 points

LAST ONE!!!! i bought a build 650m2!! and just on that building the quality was like 157!!!!! but i only researched 15!!!! but when i start making it just says makeing q7 oil..

the quality on the building does not matter. the calculation for quality is
quality of materials(s)+quality researched divided by how many materials are needed( including research)
