Not all countries can use PayPal.

I don't know about the Pay by Cash but having a credit card payment option isn't a bad idea.

Some of the smaller EURO countries don't have paypal sites. If I remember currectly one of those countries is Georgia. (There was someone awhile back complaining about not being able to buy coins from Georgia.)

i am from Egypt and you will need credit card to use PayPal

Its quite a good suggestion...And the player who need it also can buy from the player who sell it...So that this game also can earn real money...
