URGENT ... REQUIRE HELP on expansions

hi people
when i press the expand button for one of my produciton buildings here is what pops out

12.5 %

This building currently has an area of 500m

its how far it is away from optimization. the percentage is out of 4000 so if you have a 1000 m2 building it would be at 25%

you get a bonus ever 4000 expanded.

Once you expand a building to 4000m2 you will be able to optimize your building,optimization means ull be able to make the building produce faster compared to a non optimized building,

U will be able to optimize a building for every 4000m2 i.e at 4000m2,8000m2 and so on

Once the percentage shows 100 then ull be able to optimize
