Buying cheaper, selling more expencive

Post by Guest » 17.12.2008, 09:10

Is it allowed to do this stuff - buy in market product and sell it in market for more expensive price, for example, buy water for 0,17 per liter and sell it for 0,19 per liter? I know you'll say calculate market tax 10% and so on. There are products where you can get profit doing this way, just needs loads of money on hand. And of course risk risk risk. And in this way it is possible to adjust market price ok, theoretically :P Practically it would request too much money to be available for buying and selling.

of course u are.....
lots of players do that all the time
try it out yurself
put something on the market 50% lower than the current price of the good, see how fast someone buys it
record down his name and he will throw in the same products onto the market

i know some 6 players do that to earn their fortune here
i do it sometimes too

I already did it once. But takes time to earn money that way. And I don't think you can develop only by this business as buying cheaper, selling more expensive.

this is called reselling i think and yes, you can earn a lot of money that way if you are constantly on the lookout for cheap goods. but in my humble opinion its not worth to waste several hours daily to do this :)

p.s. a little hint: try doing it with coins, just be careful that you wont inflate the price too much because then people will not buy them.

I don't want to spend that much time in the game, so I'll earn my money with production :)

well, it doesnt take much really
u can do long term speculations like me

well the coins example given by greed inc. is a good investment

it inflates prices real fast

sometimes u can analyze certain aspects of products
eg. oil and gas prices--- ever going up

wardrobes-- stayed nearly motionless at all
