High score and low assets?

One firm has 520 score, worth over 500M, but assets of only 87M. What's his business plan and how did he get such a score?

build special buildings its not that hard to get 400 score from them by just making them

If you make special buildings, can you sell them for the millions their points seem to be worth, or do the points not transfer?

Special buildings cannot be sold. However, it isn't hard to get 500 score after building all special buildings.

If you want to see a waste of cash look at realm 2. The person above me in first place has next to nothing in Fixed Assets and over 19,000 points.

One day he will be able sell all of those status symbols for a lot of caps though.
