Power Contracts from Fabulous Power (closed)

I currently produce power weekly.

I am looking for a constant buyer or buyers for my power who will agree to my 6 terms for contracts.

First Term
I will send the buyer or buyers of my power the desired amount of power they request.

Second Term
The buyer agrees to sign contract from my market price when i check the power market when I log on minus .02 kaps. Example I log on power prices are at .27 kaps I will send contracts at .25 kaps. My contract price will always be .02 kaps cheaper then market conditions when I check them. The only exception if power prices fall below .08 kaps at market. I will not be able to sell power as I will no longer be making a profit at anything below .06 kaps.

So basically your power price will range from .25 kaps to .06 kaps based on market conditions. If power prices falls to .07 kaps on the market you will have the option of still purchasing my power at .08 on contract or your company may opt out of this agreement.

Third Term
Buyer Agrees to accept power contract within 72 hours of contract being sent by Fabulous Power. All contract will be sent on Sunday by 10:00 pm central standard time United States you have until Wednesday(US) to accept the contracts . When I check my kapilands Thursday(US) all contract that are not signed when Fabulous Power checks Kapiland account all contracts will be canceled and power will be sent to market at market price. Failing to sign a contract 3 consecutive times (3 weeks in a row) will result in no more contracts sent to your company. And I will look for another buyer.

Fourth Term
Contact My company In Game if you are interested in my power contracts. The detail of your message should include that you agree to my terms of this post and how much power you desire to purchase per weekly contract. Do not ask for daily contracts as I run my power plants on 168 hour timers.

Fifth Term
When I agree that I will be able to meet your power demands I will have you post here the amount I initially agree to send to your company.This will also be the spot to post when your power demands increases.

Sixth term
These are my terms they are not negotiable as I feel they are needed for my success of my Kapilands company.
