Research from bought level?

If a research is bought, is it possible to go on researching from THAT bought level to reach a higher level than the bought one?

(((To avoid the topic to be about other things than the question, I don't want to tell the reason, because it's a part of a business plan, but now when I have said there excist one, then it's easier for others to find it, because it's known there excist one

Yes. Once you buy a research you can start making it a higher q research.
