Cancel expansion

what happens, when I cancel the expansion? will I get back all the money and materials?

nope, your money and materials are permanently gone once you click the button to begin the expansion.

If i cancel say a 10sm expansion after 1 hour (in a building that takes 15min per sm) will the building be expanded by 4sm or 0?

You loose all your money and resources and your building is at it was before you started expanding it.

cant they change it so its like production? Maybe a small penalty or a fee and you get your 80m2 out of the 100m2
