I would say you are wrong.

First of all, small company can grow fast in contest, one contest is already enough to pump you up to manager level.

Also it is unfair for people who have spent a lot of time and real money in the game.

An extra realm will solve this, but not a viable option for now.

Well, if there is big companies, they need many many many stuff for stores, they need many many many power, stones, wood and so on.
Thats a good situation for small companies, because you can produce and sell for good price.

I remember start of Realm 2 server. Selling Advertisements was a nightmare, because your Ads was on low quality, everyone want to produce Ads for self, power prices fluctuating and there no big buyer at this time.

1) You cannot attack other accounts, this is a friendly game.
2) You can quit the game for months and if you come back you will find your account the way you left it.
3) The realms have got an unlimited run-time. When the server becomes too slow for the amount of active players, new realms (servers) will be started.

I was going to say.... I love this game because it's just like real life. You can't restart that, and part of the joy about starting up is making a name for yourself ^_^, and part of it is also taking the risk and struggling to get up top. Once you get there, you get a real sense of accomplishment!
