If i activate premium account for one mounth and build 100 buildings. Will i be able to use those 40 extra buildings like normally when the time runs out? Will i be able to produce with them, expand them, sell them?

You can't use it and the buildings are suddenly locked. However, they will come back once you purchase another Premium Account.
