Company Names

Ur rules say that Company Names should be matched with companies having a trademmark on thier names.
But I myself own acompany in real life and I am wondering if I can use the name here.
Is it possible??

Yes. I own the rights to Azer Productions in real life and use it.

If it's your own company, I don't see anything that speaks against it. The rule has been made to avoid copypright problems, which in that case are not very likely to occur

Just like what Pearlbay said the Mods tell oyu not to use company names because of the copyrights to that name, but if you own that name then you can use it

in my second job as wisenheimer I want to add something:
If it is not a wimpy, small, "I just want to make $500 a month" company you own in real life, than you are not the real owner of the company name. The owner is the company. And if you sell your company or most of your shares someone else ownes the company. So you are not really in a different situaition in case you are "just" a shareholder of the company as the copyright-holder or in the case you have nothing to do with the company.

And I think there is a second reason RL-names are forbidden in kapi. That is for advertisment-reasons. Who wants to donate you free advertisments? Would you do that?

Its Private.
Its not a Public Limited company for people to hold shares in it.
